Ockham Lectures Pocket Edition: Existing in Multitudes

Established in 2020, the Ockham Lecture Series commissions a rich breadth of voices to write about ideas that matter for craft, design and architecture. It and the Pocket Series are supported by Objectspace's extraordinary lead partner, Ockham Residential.

Authors Hana Pera Aoake (artist, writer and researcher) and Morgan Godfery (writer, journalist and lecturer) have collaborated on this essay, Existing in Multitudes, which presents a Māori world view of how we exist in relation to each other and non-human objects, connecting ideas of making and legacy of materials with te ao Māori.
