We regret to inform you that the event is no longer going ahead due to extra precautions we are taking in light of Ministry of Health guidelines. We will record the event and share video with you on our website and social media platforms soon. Ticket holders have been notified via email.

Audio Transmission seeks to extend the continuum between digital technology and te ao Māori presented by Kereama Taepa into the aural realm.

Two celebrated Māori musicians, Horomona Horo and Waimihi Hotere will fill the gallery with layered soundscapes, weaving together different elements of soundmaking, each connecting and expanding their unique methods of performing.

This will be a journey through harmony, melody and beats, incorporating taonga puoro, waiata and live loops.  The artists will progressively build the aural experience to create an immersive sensory encounter.

Please note that Māmā Mihirangi will no longer be performing at the event in light of the Ministry of Health's advice regarding travel.

Ticket holders have been notified of the cancellation.
