"Rick Rudd is a pioneer potter, forging his own territory on a galactic clay frontier.

When the ceramics world was obsessing over lumpen russet tones of earthenware, Rick was out there on his own building high-art teapots – lightning bolts, love hearts, fluffy clouds, each one high-functioning and ferocious.

For Objectspace six iconic teapots in Rick Rudd signature black that are wonderous and weird. One day everyone will know Rick Rudd is a genius. Snap up one of these darlings up, and you’ll be able to say I told you so." – Kim Paton

We’ve commissioned five unparalleled makers to create their own unique series of Objectspace limited editions for Weekly Objects 2025. All proceeds go to the artist and Objectspace. Win. Win. 2025

Shipping is calculated at checkout, or pick-up for free from Objectspace, 13 Rose Road, Ponsonby.
