Join creative director Charles Walker for a guided talk through Future Islands. This is the first time New Zealand’s exhibition at the Venice Architecture Biennale has been shown in New Zealand. In Future Islands, a grouping of floating islands occupy a sea of space, housing models of more than 50 built and speculative architectural projects. Hear from the directors on the theme of the exhibition exploring the practice and promise of architecture in New Zealand  – a small, open society that is diverse, changing and economically (and seismically) vulnerable; and gain insight into the exhibition’s time at the 2016 Venice Biennale.
