Ceramics New Zealand is a biannual magazine and is the grandchild of the NZ Potter Magazine, which ceased printing in 1998. Since then the Ceramics Association have published magazines Clay News, and then Ceramics Quarterly, both of which were only available to makers. Ceramics NZ, widens its reach and will appeal to makers, collectors and lovers of contemporary ceramics.

The Ceramics Association of New Zealand (Ceramics NZ) is a non-profit organisation and the national body for professional and recreational studio potters. Established in 1965, the organisation fosters excellence in ceramics in New Zealand by raising awareness and providing support through educational programmes, resources and exhibiting opportunities. Membership is open to all.
