Far Pavilion: New Zealand at the Venice Architecture Biennale

The Venice Architecture Biennale is the world's leading architecture event. It is staged for six months, attracts scores of national participants and dozens of sideshow exhibitions, and provides a snapshot of current architectural concerns and an overview of contemporary design directions.

In 2016, for only the second time, New Zealand had a national exhibition at the Venice Architecture Biennale. Far Pavilion offers insiders' perspectives on New Zealand's involvement with the Biennale, and on the challenges and rewards of exhibiting architecture in the world's most dauntingly beautiful urban setting.
