A window installation for Objectspace, Mind's I is a tripartite narrative of exploration and discovery. The three series of work present in Mind's I reflect upon various times in the artist's life and act as mementos of hope, knowledge and growth.

Mia Straka is an Auckland based jeweler. Since emerging from the Unitec School of Design BDes jewellery programme in 2001, Mia has established herself as a talented maker. Straka's highly nuanced works navigate various personal currents closely aligned to her practice.
