  Activities

Objectspace presents an annual exhibition programme generally comprising 9 Main Gallery exhibitions, 15 Window Programme installations and 6 Vault Programme installations. Curated Main Gallery exhibitions usually involve a curator’s talk.

Objectspace has a strong commitment to supporting new writing about objects and objectmaking. Most Main Gallery exhibitions are accompanied by well designed catalogues published by Objectspace.

From time to time Objectspace organises forums and additional events of interest to sector supporters. In 2005 Objectspace organised the first ever national gathering of applied arts curators.

  Services

Objectspace is a dedicated non commercial space which through its activities and relationships is a new hub for the craft and design sectors. Through the provision of opportunities to exhibit, curate and write Objectspace is able to support the professional development of makers, curators and writers. Our exhibition and publication programmes enable us to generate a new and high level of public support and visibility for innovative objectmaking. Through our partnerships with collectors we specifically promote the important role of the collector.

By connecting innovative objects, makers, collectors and audiences Objectspace aims to expand the cultural, economic and social options for objectmaking.
